Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Zero-G account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the electronic device in its original packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
